These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through Nufferton.com and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Nufferton.com, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Nufferton.com.
You must be 18 years of age to place an order, minors must have permission in writing from a parent/legal guardian.
Price & payment
In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment. We have several payment options for you to choose from.
Delivery
In case Nufferton.com has reason to question buyer's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, Nufferton.com have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by Nufferton.com.
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed packages will be returned to Nufferton AB. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
Returning products/services
Returning a service/product is to be done on your expense, unless the product/service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products/services are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD. In case of a trade, the customer will pay for the delivery of the replacement product/service. When you have applied the return policy you shall: -in the case of a product: return the product personally or by mail to us. -in the case of a service: make the material available to us, unless this poses significant stress to your person.
Return policy
Nufferton.com’s return period is 14 days. Please use our Return Portal. Nufferton shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service. You are oblige to pay for the return delivery of the product. Nufferton will pay to send replacement products and/or services. In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased product.
Return of clothing - Original packaging, returned within 14 days. The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt – 100% refund.
Return of duvet/head pillows - Original packaging, returned within 14 days. Item with intact seal/not removed from bag/not used – 100% refund. Since duvets/head pillows are hygiene products, you cannot return a duvet/head pillow if the seal has been broken. Only unused duvets/head pillows in their original packaging (bag with intact seal) are accepted as returns.
Return of interior - Original packaging, returned within 14 days. Item not unpacked. 100% refund. Unpacked item, returned within 14 days. Unused, no damages or stains on the product - 75% refund.
You do not qualify for our return policy if
• The service you have bought was commenced with your consent during the return period.
• The price of the service purchased fluctuates with the financial market (ie Stock options).
• Due to the physical nature of the service, it is not returnable.
When returning a product/service
• You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.
• You must not have used the product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.
• Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we have received the returned products.
How to exchange an item
Please use our Return Portal. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Use the attached form to specify which item you want instead. If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account that was used for the original purchase. If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference by credit card. As soon as we have received the item and approved the exchange, we will ship your new item.

Claim policy
If you receive a damaged product or discover a manufacturing defect within 3 years of your purchase, you are welcome to file a claim with us. Please use our Claims Portal.
We will evaluate your claim and may ask you to provide proof that the defect is original. Within the first six months from the purchase, it is our responsibility as the seller to prove that the defect is not original. After six months, it is your responsibility as the customer to demonstrate that the defect was present at the time of delivery.
In order for the claim to be approved, the defect must be a so-called original defect, meaning that the defect was present at the time of delivery, even if it became apparent later. Defects caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect usage, or external factors are not covered by the warranty.

Privacy policy
When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with Nufferton.com's privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information Nufferton.com have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail.
All card transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted. We do not store any payment information in our database.
Force Majeure
Nufferton.com is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
